Before you begin:
1. Turn on the power: Press the switch on the side of the instrument to the open position (I is the built-in air source, and II is the external air source), then the instrument is in the state of the whole machine being powered on.
2. After the instrument is powered on, observe the display of the pressure gauge.
(1) If oxygen is required for operation, turn the gas source switching valve to the vertical position.
(2) If it is necessary to use clean compressed air for operation, the air source switching valve should be turned to a horizontal state.
3. Pull out the air pressure regulating valve on the right and rotate it to adjust the internal air pressure output, as shown in the figure below, at this time the oxygen pressure gauge displays the pressure, and the output air pressure adjustment table displays the actual output pressure, adjust the output air pressure according to the specific operation needs to the corresponding value. (Generally 0.3 ~ 0.6MPa).
4. Take off the cap of the head of the water-oxygen operation fountain pen, otherwise there will be a situation where water vapor cannot be released, then move the operation head close to the operation part, step on the foot switch, and operate according to the specific and correct operation process.
Remarks: After operating for a period of time, if you feel that there is no liquid but only gas, you need to plug the operating head and fill the bottle with an appropriate amount of gas.
End operation and precautions:
1. When we finish the operation, we must remember that the foot switch must be released first, and then remove the operating probe from the operating part, otherwise we will spray water vapor on the customer, which is impolite .
2. If we want to use an external air source, we must remember to turn off the main switch in the instrument first, and then step on the foot switch so that the useless gas remaining in the trachea will be released by us (to facilitate the extraction of the airway ).
3. After the above-mentioned situation is completed, we must first turn off the switch on the left side of the instrument and press the air pressure regulating valve. In this way, we can unplug the power cord to cut off the main power supply, and then we must pack up the instrument, and we cannot place the pedals casually.
